Pre-Orders
-All cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee. No returns are accepted.
-I do take down payments through PayPal. $200 per case. These are payment made through friends and family and is not refundable if you decided to cancel after the PO date. If you want to place a down payment, just message me using the contact form. We ask that the remaining balance is paid 1 week prior to the release of the product. If you have not paid the balance 6 days after the release date, your down payment is forfeit.
-Your pre-orders are normally shipped the day before release as we will not break street date by getting you the product early. Local pickups are the day of release or later only.
-If you’re ordering from outside of the USA, know that you may be charged import fees or fees similar to VAT depending on your country. These are processed either through customs or the delivering carrier. Please research any fees that may apply to you as they are to be paid by the receiver. I do not under declare value.
-if your order contains a preorder you can order as much of one set as you want, but not mix in any other in stock or preorderable sets in the same order. failure to follow this will result in a cancellation and 10% restocking fee as I still have to pay paypal fees.
Sealed product
-If you would like to add insurance or signature confirmation to any order just let me know and I’ll get you a quote.
-If you order trial decks in increments of 6, you get sealed brick
-Everything I sell is out of sealed cases that have not been searched, with the only exception being older Japanese product that I’ve picked up one or two boxes of at a time. I can not vouch for the previous owners.

-Once an item has been shipped out, no returns will be accepted.

Fair use images
-Most images used are early one provided by Bushiroad or if none have been released yet then we will often use basic images found on google around the IP used for the set itself. These images do not represent the final product and not owned by Cardpunk in any way. These are only being used under the fair use section of copy right law.
